For most occupations, job advertisements are required. In some cases exemptions apply, for example if the prospective employee is a citizen of a country which has an International Trade Obligation agreement. We will confirm if an exemption applies in your case.
For most other cases, we are required to show that job advertisments have been placed for a period of at least 28 days within the last 4 months. As part of the process we must ensure that all criteria is met to ensure job advertisements contain specific information.
